Useful messages, clearly requested
LuxPlaza is a resource library for hospitality professionals. Reading an article or opening an account form never adds you to a mailing list. If you email Aria Vale directly, a reply concerns that conversation only.
Our planned email categories
- Account messages: if accounts become available, email verification and access recovery will be triggered by a user’s action. These messages will not contain promotions.
- Optional resource notes: if subscriptions open, these will be marketing emails containing new resources and hospitality ideas, at most once a month. A separate, unchecked opt-in and email confirmation will be required.
Where contacts may come from
Only a person’s own registration, confirmed subscription or direct enquiry may provide an address for the corresponding purpose. We do not buy, rent, scrape, exchange or import third-party contact lists. We do not send unsolicited sales outreach.
Control over your inbox
Any future resource note must contain an easy unsubscribe link, accurate sender details and a link to our Privacy Policy. Unsubscribe requests must be honoured promptly. Essential account messages are separate from optional resource notes. Delivery failures and spam complaints must be respected, and affected addresses suppressed.
