LuxPlaza (luxplaza.info) is a hospitality planning resource library operated by Meridian House. These terms govern your use of the website and its original materials. Our contact is Aria Vale at aria@luxplaza.info. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the resources.
2. The service
We provide general checklists, planning guides and worksheets for boutique hotels, interior studios and hospitality teams. The public library is available without an account or payment. Account and subscription interactions take place locally in your browser. Their confirmation screens do not establish a server-side account or mailing-list record, and do not trigger email delivery.
3. Permission to use the materials
You may read, print, copy and adapt LuxPlaza’s original resources for your own internal business purposes. You may share adapted copies with colleagues and contractors working on the same project. Keep the LuxPlaza or Meridian House attribution when sharing an unmodified copy.
You may not sell the materials, offer them as a competing resource library, remove ownership notices to imply your authorship, or publicly republish substantial parts of the library without our written permission. Rights in third-party materials, if identified, remain with their respective owners.
4. Responsible use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its availability, distribute malicious material or impersonate another person. Do not use another person’s email address without authority or attempt automated registrations. Our service may not be used to collect contacts for unsolicited messages.
5. Professional judgement
The resources are general planning aids, not legal, engineering, electrical, building-code or other regulated professional advice. Adapt them to your property, team and local requirements. Use qualified professionals for safety-critical decisions and compliance checks. A checklist does not replace an inspection or your existing safety procedures.
6. Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the library useful and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every resource will suit every project. We may correct, update or remove materials. Please report suspected errors to our contact email.

Meridian House is not responsible for indirect losses arising from reliance on general materials or interruptions to the website. Reading or using the library does not enrol you in marketing. Our Privacy Policy explains current information handling, and our email policy describes our approach to requested communication. Contacting us directly allows us to reply to that enquiry; it does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
